Behavior change is never easy especially when peers around you are regularly putting pressure on you to do certain things. But according to quantum physics the only way to change your present circumstances a complete overhaul is necessary. I will show you how I managed to change my mind set in order to achieve my goals.
Repeating positive words pertaining to who you want to become has been proven to work wonders. The change of character starts in the brain and telling it how to think is very effective. If you’re trying to become calm be sure to tell yourself ‘I am calm’ in situations where you might be tensed up. Doing this for the whole day can achieve good results f you really try.
The old saying: ‘you can’t teach an old dog new tricks’ is very true. Don’t procrastinate and postpone behavior change until it’s too late to change. Vegetarian glucosamine is an amino acid whose effect on the body reduces with age. I don’t think you want to be like glucosamine and lessen your chances of changing your mind set.
The things you watch and listen to have a very strong impact on how you think. Imagine how a child will think if they grew up watching romantic movies. Now if the same child wants to be more aggressive they will have to watch action packed movies and refrain from watching the good old romantic films. The human brain picks up on things like this very easily.
Changing your friends is another good starting point. When you still share company with the friends you had before there are very slim chances of being able to change you way of thinking. Take up new friends who think in the exact same with how you want to think and slowly you will begin to think like you want to.

There is no sense in trying to change if your friends are in the dark about your intentions. Letting them know will make it easier to get their support without actually getting pressure from them about how much you have changed. Tell them about your hopes and wishes and if they are your real friends they will understand instead of thinking you are avoiding them.
