Clairvoyance Is An Ancient Art

Can anyone lean the skills of clairvoyance? Actually, it is possible for everyone to learn a certain modicum of skill in this power. However, it is important to define exactly what clairvoyance refers to and what we mean by the ability to learn it.

First, let’s define the term clairvoyance. There are many different definitions for this term, and it really depends on who you ask. One of the most common definitions is that you need to learn about remove viewing, that is, being able to see things as they happen from a distance without the use of tools or your five senses. In fact, some of the popular definitions and explanation put forth are contradictory. If there was one common denominator among all explanations it would be that some people are just born that way.

Is it possible for anyone to learn the power of clairvoyance? More than likely, this would not be an accurate assessment. However, anyone can develop and hone a sixth sense.

This is because all people possess a sixth sense to a certain degree. This can be visible as the manifestation of a hunch or feeling that is overpowering. Anyone that has ever felt distrust or a bad feeling about someone could be dealing with a sixth sense. But, people will often dismiss their sixth sense and center on emotion as opposed to an important gut instinct.

When you are looking for scientific explanation, you’ll find that there are plenty of theories on why we develop hunches and instincts. Some people say that rather than being of supernatural, psychic or paranormal origin, it is in fact your subconscious mind picking up on cues that you are not aware of. Your subconscious mind, because it does not speak in words, will then convey these feelings and impressions to you in a way that will get the point across. This can be a valuable tool when you are looking at developing clairvoyance, because it can tell you to trust your subconscious.

Whether you believe that clairvoyance is based on brain neurochemistry or innate psychci ability is not something that matters all that much. All you need to accept is that it exists and that everyone has at least a little bit of it. Now all you need to do is to worry about training it up.

1. Improve Your Perception

The problem that many people run into is that they go through their day so very focused on their tasks that they never see anything else. There are so many small details that can tell us so much, but if you refuse to take the time to look, you’ll find that you are letting your sixth sense wither. When you go to improve your perception, you will be able to take in more of the world around you. There are definitely advantages to being aware, so take a moment to really look around yourself.

Don’t expect this to happen overnight though; you might be breaking the habit of a lifetime. Remember that you should start by slowing down a little bit and moving through your day in a more leisurely fashion. Second consider what distractions are a part of your day and remove them. This means that you should do things like turn off the radio when you are driving. When you don’t have anything distracting you, you’ll find that you are going to be more on target when it comes to looking at the things that are happening around you. This can be essential.

Mini-meditations are great. Simply close your eyes and breathe deeply. You can make yourself relax. You will be more aware of your surroundings after opening your eyes. You will notice a difference, even though it only requires a few moments of your time.

You should meditate daily for about 30 minutes. You can clear and occupy your conscious mind while meditating. This permits your subconscious mind to communicate and work with your conscious mind. It can help you feel relaxed and refreshed.

When you are thinking about meditation, though, you’ll discover that it is a lot easier said than done. You might find that you sit down and suddenly there are a number of things that are all calling for our attention. You might feel as though you are being silly or that you are doing it wrong. Remember that there are tools that can guide you, so take some time and focus and find a mantra.

Remember that your conscious mind never shuts down. There is always something that you are thinking about. It can help you focus and it can clear your mind very well. It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as you can recite it without conscious thought. Some people will perform Hail Marys while other people prefer to use song lyrics that are inspirational to them. Take some time and really consider what might work for you.

3. Trust Your Instincts

This is perhaps the most important element of developing your clairvoyant abilities. That means it is important to avoid doubting or second-guessing yourself. Never dismiss any gut instincts or ignore logical conclusions. All hunches and instincts have value and you need to pay attention to them. They may reveal something your subconscious has not noticed.

Yes, these skills may be difficult at first but, over time, you will learn to listen to and trust your instincts. This will allow you to gain more confidence in them. The more your sixth sense grows stronger, the easier it is to trust it.
