Think of your house with bright new-looking ceilings. It may improve the appearance of your entire interior. If you get that black dining room set, it may not be noticeable under a dingy ceiling. Under a new ceiling, it may stand out. It can be the focal point that it was meant to be.

This project will not cost you a lot of money. You will need to buy a few gallons of ceiling paint. You may wish to cover your floor. Make sure that you have common painting supplies. You might need masking tape, and an edging tool. You will need a ladder, also.

Take down anything that may hinder your project.
Keep safety in mind at all times. Your beautiful ceiling cannot be appreciated from a hospital bed. Follow ladder safety when you paint. Do not use the top bunk of your twin loft bed to paint from. It was not designed to be used as a ladder or scaffold. In fact, chairs, tables, and beds, do not make good ladders. You may not be able to afford a good ladder. Borrow one if you can.
